Women are 50% more likely than males to match with verified accounts, indicating that they want to be sure they’re engaging with people who are honest and transparent.

In May, Aisle debuted its new ‘Settle Down’ feature. Users can now display how serious they are about seeking a committed relationship and how soon they want to settle down with the new upgrade.

“In India, the trajectory of a successful relationship is for it to culminate in a marriage,” Able Joseph, the company’s founder and CEO, said at the time. the target is marriage in 50% of cases

In the two months since the feature was introduced, 50% of women have expressed a desire to be married within a year, compared to 38% of males.

However, the pandemic caused the majority of users to disregard proximity as a priority, which could lead to problems as the relationship progresses. Since the beginning of 2020, 86 percent of women have matched with someone who is not in their same geographic location.
